ココログベーシックでfavicon設置
以前から私のWebページにはNetscapeのアドレスバーとタブに表示される小さいアイコンを設置している。firefoxだとさらにブックマークにも表示されるちょっとした楽しい仕組みだ。faviconといわれるやつで、もともとはIEのお気に入り用らしいが、いろいろなページで使われているので自分のページでも表示させたいと思って設置したのだ。kaorina。のwebページとblog用にも作ってあげたことだし、このblogにも表示したかったのだが、ココログベーシックはhtmlの編集ができないので今まで表示していなかった。
今夜kaorina。と話していたら「ググったらいいんじゃない？」と言うので、なるほどと思って検索してみたらまさにあった（@HOME）。同じことを考える人はいるものだ。というわけで早速アイコンを表示できるようにした。
私の場合、上記ページを参考に以下の作業をした。
１．16×16ドットでbmpファイルを作成。
２．画像→アイコン変換ソフト（@icon変換）でicoファイルに変換。
３．新規投稿で、本文に作ったicoファイルを指定（右上の「ファイルの挿入」をクリックしてファイルを選択し、アップロード）して、保存した後、記事を削除。
４．設定－ウェブログの基本情報の、ウェブログのサブタイトル（キャッチフレーズ）の欄に
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="http://c-penguin.tea-nifty.com/penguin/files/pen.ico">
を追加。保存して反映。
やり方がわかればそんなに難しくないので、面白そうだと思った方はやってみてはいかがだろう。アイコン作成ソフトを使えばアイコンも簡単に作れるだろうし、ココログベーシックでなければもっと簡単に設置できるだろうし。ココログベーシックの方は、４．の「href="http://・・・"」を自分のものに変えればOKです。

おかげさまで表示できるようになりましたが、プロフィール欄の方は思いつきませんでした。そのうち挑戦してみるかもしれません。
アイコンは家にある某キャラクターのぬいぐるみそっくりにしてみました（笑）

Hey! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any problems with hackers? My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing several weeks of hard work due to no backup. Do you have any methods to stop hackers?

After I originally commented I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on each time a comment is added I receive four emails with the same comment. Perhaps there is a means you are able to remove me from that service? Appreciate it!

Is it just me or does it look as if like a few of these remarks come across as if they are written by brain dead folks? :-P And, if you are posting at other places, I would like to follow you.
