麻婆茄子
余っていた長ナスと挽き肉を消費できるということで,今夜はこれ。ネットで検索してちゃんとたれも自作したが,とろみが少し足りなかった。次は片栗粉を多くしよう。最後に酢を入れるのも忘れた。でも美味かった。今日の分は材料費300円くらい(たぶん)。

作り方
(大人2人分で長なす3本,挽き肉200g,長ねぎ1/2本使用)
1.なすを適当に切って(今回は上下半分に切ってからそれぞれ8分割した)水に浸してあく抜きしたものを,油(大さじ4くらい?)をひいた中華鍋で炒め,皿に取る。
2.挽き肉を水分が飛ぶくらいまで油(なすを炒めた残りを使った)で炒め,酒(大さじ1),醤油(大さじ1),甜面醤(大さじ1)を加えてさらに炒め,皿に取る。
3.ニンニクみじん切り(3片分),おろししょうが(小さじ1くらい),豆板醤(大さじ1と1/2),トウチ醤(小さじ1)を油で炒め,2の肉味噌を加えて炒める。これにがらスープ1/2カップを注ぎ,酒(小さじ1),醤油(小さじ1),砂糖(小さじ2),塩(少々)を加えて煮立たせる。
4.1で炒めたなすを加え,再び煮立ったら水溶き片栗粉でとろみをつけ,長ねぎみじん切りを加える。さらに様子を見ながらとろみをつける。最後に酢(小さじ1)を加えて(←忘れた)できあがり。

Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
