ショスタコーヴィチ・管弦楽曲集／ロジェストヴェンスキー／ソ連文化省響（BMG MELODIYA 74321 59058 2）
最近知人から「ショスタコーヴィチアレルギーの人に勧められる曲はないか」というメールが来たので，ジャズ組曲でも聴いてみようと思って選択。結局２枚組のDISC2のみを聴いた。曲目は，「大きな稲妻」「コルジンキナの冒険」「ジャズ組曲１番」「プーシキンのロマンス"春よ，春よ"」「黄金の丘」「南京虫」。
ジャズ組曲１番は，ショスタコーヴィチのイメージによくある「暗い」「うるさい」という雰囲気は薄い。これならショスタコーヴィチアレルギーの人でも聴けるのではないか。私としては，「大きな稲妻」や「黄金の丘」が好きなのだが，これらはちょっとうるさい。やはりピアノ協奏曲２番の２楽章あたりを勧めるのがいいのだろうか。
わざわざ嫌いな作曲家の曲を聴かなくてもいい気がするが，その人は「嫌いではないが聴けない」ということなのだろうか。確かに私も精神的にまいっているときはショスタコは聴かない。「今日の通勤CD」を見れば私の精神状態がけっこうわかる，とkaorina。に言われたが，疲れた心にショスタコはきつい。ショスタコーヴィチの音楽は，あまりにも多くのメッセージを持ちすぎているのかもしれない。
