今日の通勤ＣＤ（バッハ・BWV26ほか）
バッハ・カンタータ139,26,116,130番／リヒター／ミュンヘン・バッハ管弦楽団・合唱団（ARCHIV POCA-3030）
今日のように気分的に不安定なときはバッハに限る。いつの頃からか精神的に疲れているときはバッハ，特にカンタータを聴くようになった。バッハの音楽の何が原因なのかはわからないが，私にとってはバッハがあるから生きていられる，という感じだ。今までにも何度も救われた気がする。
今日も妙に感情が敏感になっているようで，26番のテノールのアリアや116番の冒頭のコラールで泣きそうなほど感動してしまった。
先頃モーツァルトを取り上げたテレビでその効用が話題になっているようだが，バッハにも癒しの効果があるのではないだろうか？誰か研究していそうなものだが。

I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting my own weblog and was wondering what all is required to get setup? I'm assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny? I'm not very web savvy so I'm not 100% positive. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Appreciate it

Write more, thats all I have to say. Literally, it seems as though you relied on the video to make your point. You obviously know what youre talking about, why throw away your intelligence on just posting videos to your blog when you could be giving us something enlightening to read?
